As distinct from other web sites that facilitate apartment rentals, we have decided on a more concise and exclusive approach.

Every location will feature a maximum of 10 advertised apartments to let at any one time in that town or city. Once that localised quota is reached, it will not be possible to add extra lettings to that location.

Why did we decide for this kind of approach?

Our research evaluated existing websites that rent holiday apartments and lease properties to would-be tenants or tourists seeking short-term accommodation. The results indicated that Internet visitors have difficulty in navigating through the options available to them simply due to the vast number of properties listed. This more often than not leads to confusion and frustration, but more importantly loss of potential revenue to those with property to let. The more properties featured, the less likely potential tenants are to find your apartment to let among all the rest. It is worth noting that most people only follow the first linked page result they get in Google.

Research has shown it to be evident that the apartment listed on the third page is not as likely to be seen or rented as the property on the first page. It for precisely this reason that we have decided on a more qualitative approach here in Croatia to cooperate with property owners, in a way that all 10 properties will be advertised on the first page for that location, town or city. One may think that it would be better if we decided to go for a more expansive approach including anyone who wished to list his or her property. However, our goal is to increase the quality of service offered, create a reliable and easy to navigate web portal which offers a pleasing and rewarding service for tenants and property owners.
